The Still Spirits process involves the controlled manufacture of alcohol from a known mix of natural ingredients, being sugar and yeast.
The distillate is then cleaned with activated carbon to remove unwanted flavours, to produce a smooth tasting spirit.
However, some of the ingredients in the yeast may not actually be natural - ie nutrients, preservatives etc.
The overall process is generally a natural process.
