You could use Turbo Clear to clear cider, but it should clear out over time anyway. The Turbo Clear has less of a quality impact on cider when compared to beer.
130g Turbo Clear may be a bit much, and it would be better to use 65g duplex finings but it shouldn’t be too detrimental.
Also, this will only work if you do not plan to bottle/keg condition with the yeast since all the yeast will be removed. It will be okay if you are keeping the cider still or if it will be force carbonated.
Please note, however, if the cider is cloudy it should clear once it has been bottled.
Note: It is not recommended to clear cider with Turbo Clear, we're just letting you know it's possible.
In regards to beer, clearing will work but it has a much greater negative effect on beer quality. The same carbonation issues still apply. You won't be able to bottle condition.
