For all types, to ensure the best quality over the lifespan of ythe spirit, store the made drinks in sealed, airtight vessels, out of direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place.
- Non cream liqueurs would be best consumed within 2 years of being made.
- Spirits should be consumed within 4 years of being made. Technically, they won't go 'off' as there is a high level of alcohol in them which will act as a natural preservative.
