The flavourings in the profile range are made to be used together to make different styles of gin.
If you only have for example, the Citrus Lemon, then this will only have a lemon flavour and aroma to it - there won't be any gin flavour in that particular flavouring. You will need to purchase the other flavourings to make the recipes in the Gin Craft Booklet.
