We recommend ageing this product for one month. However, if the ambient temperature in your environment is around 25°C, we suggest ageing it for significantly less time than one month.
In our tests, we aged the product with oak chips for up to four weeks at 20°C. By week three, we found that the spirit had developed a good flavour profile. However, by week four, the quality had noticeably declined, becoming astringent.
Additionally, we recommend removing the oak chips and allowing the spirit to rest for a short period. This process should help achieve a more rounded taste.
