Why is the yield higher on the Air Still Pro compared to the Air Still?

This is dependent on how much you collect and the instructions provided with each still.

• If you follow Air Still instructions, you collect 700ml at 60%abv, add 350ml water so have 1.050L at 40%abv.
• If you follow Air Still Pro instructions you collect 500ml at 90%, add 625ml water so have 1.125L at 40%abv.
