Classic 8 used as very low flocculating yeast.
This means it is very difficult to clarify fully. We recommend to leave for 24 hrs before distilling given the wash does not need to be completely clear prior to distillation (we're just looking for the majority of the yeast solids to be removed).
In some cases it may take a little longer for the 'majority' of the solids to be removed, perhaps 2-3 days in some cases with this particular product (it depends upon temperature and other factors, with cooler temperatures favouring yeast flocculation).
We advise to just to leave another 24 hrs, and then distil.
